Check out the video of an 1850s Paul Weber painting we restored for the Warren County Arts Council.

Our eye is always on the details. We preserve an artist’s work without taking away from it through the restoration process. We restore artwork we do not redo it. Our goal is to keep your artwork alive so that other generations may enjoy them. Nothing gives us more pleasure than to see a treasured family piece of art or an antique restored to its former glory.

Mumford Restoration combines state of the art technology with proven conservative practices to make nicks, chips and cracks virtually disappear or to make missing parts or pieces reappear. Our intricate hand painting allows us to revive a piece’s original color and to obtain a perfect color match. Such attention to detail leads to a wonderfully restored piece that will be enjoyed for many more years.

          Art Restoration: How It Works

We begin every art restoration with an evaluation from our
Art Restoration Team. Every project is unique and requires a customized approach to ensure the integrity of the piece(s) is preserved and the appropriate treatment provided.

Once our team evaluates your piece(s), we'll provide you with a report of our assessment and recommendations for restoration, preservation, and/or repair and associated costs.

Art Evaluations cost $250+tax. We credit half of that towards the art restoration cost if you proceed with the project.
